Heavy, a.k.a. Heavymetal Trvp, is Latitude28 Band’s newest vocalist. Already an established artist, Heavy enjoys combining heavy metal and hip-hop “trap” music on his solo shows and projects.
Heavy was born in Richmond, VA, and later moved to Florida, where he has rapped in recording studios since age 12.
Heavy fell in love with dance in high school; this pursuit led him to compete on America’s Got Talent. He also joined his high school chorus, which propelled him onto TV news and qualified him for district competitions.
After graduation, Heavy turned to music as a full-time career. He worked to gain proficiency in production, engineering, writing, artistry development, performance, and recording technique. Through his studies, he was fortunate to be able to collaborate with several household names in the music industry.

She added marching band in high school and was a member of a team that actively promoted music events.
As an up-and-coming central Florida artist and performer, Katie Metal has worked to develop her own musical style, even as she has enjoyed collaborating with other local artists on and off stage. She tirelessly promotes her fellow performers in the Orlando music scene.
Music is Katie Metal’s first love and she is excited to share this passion with Latitude28.
Ryan Viafora is an artist in the central Florida area with 20 years’ experience in entertainment. After moving to Florida from New Jersey at age 5, Ryan immersed himself in art through his drawings. Dabbling in choir and drumming brought to light his true passion—the guitar—at age 17. Years of playing in a variety of bands led to the creation of his own one-man show, a unique production in which Ryan creates tracks on the spot. The tracks include loop pedals, guitars, bass, midi keyboard, and theremin, plus Ryan’s vocals over top. The result is a full live-band sound.
With degrees in Sound Technology and Audio Engineering, Ryan is proficient in the studio and in his profession as a stage technician (he is a fulltime stage technician at Disney’s Epcot Center in Orlando). Ryan is also a songwriter, DJ, karaoke host, and internationally traveling Battle Rapper.

Creighton Underwood is a veteran with decades of music performance experience under his belt. He grew up playing trombone in high school band before switching to bass guitar. He became Director of Technology for HarperCollins/NewsCorp in New York and London, a driving instructor specializing in the Porsche 911/GT2, and a successful freelance educational software writer.
